Public beta launch checklist

Founders and ops use this checklist before widening public beta traffic. Automated items should pass in CI or locally; manual items need a human sign-off. Production SQL stays paused until backup/PITR and PRODUCTION_DATABASE_URL blockers are resolved.

Misleading messaging — guaranteed selection, fake traction, or live AI/payment claims.
Support gaps — no feedback path, no complaint route, or no human review capacity for proof.
Production migrations attempted while backup/PITR or PRODUCTION_DATABASE_URL blockers remain.
