Terms
Starter public beta terms for cricket discovery, trials, and profile submissions. These notes are not legal-final.
Some pages remain in English during early-access public beta.
These public beta terms are a plain-language early access overview. They are not legal advice and should be replaced with formal legal terms before a full production launch.
StriveMatch is a cricket discovery platform for player profiles, embedded performance videos, trial opportunities, club needs, and scout review workflows.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted profile, performance, trial, club, and contact information. Only submit videos or details you have permission to share.
You must have the right to share any YouTube unlisted link you submit. If a video includes teammates, opponents, coaches, spectators, or youth players, make sure sharing it is appropriate and permitted before adding it to StriveMatch.
Younger players should involve a parent, guardian, coach, or trusted adult before submitting profile information, trial applications, sponsorship interest, or video proof.
StriveMatch does not guarantee selection, contracts, visas, payment, scholarships, professional opportunities, or responses from scouts, clubs, coaches, or academies.
Public beta submissions should use YouTube unlisted performance links hosted externally by YouTube. Vimeo playback may remain as a technical fallback where already supported. StriveMatch does not provide direct video upload or paid video hosting in this beta.
Sponsorship interest, media kits, and sponsor-ready labels are visibility and review tools only. They are not legal contracts, endorsements, payment promises, sponsor approval, StriveMatch representation, or proof of commercial value.
StriveMatch may review, limit, reject, remove, or ask users to update proof or profile content when it is unclear, misleading, unsafe, unavailable, or submitted without appropriate permission. Reports are reviewed manually and do not promise instant action.
During public beta, players may be asked to update rejected or reported content with clearer proof, better context, or rights and consent information. StriveMatch does not provide a formal legal dispute system in beta.
Public beta workflows may change as moderation capacity, verification checks, youth safety guidance, sponsorship wording, and organisation review processes mature. Users should not treat early access, review labels, or trial interest as legal, employment, visa, sponsorship, or selection assurance.
Reviewed, verified, featured, monitored, and discovery-ready labels are StriveMatch platform context only. They are not official accreditation, governing-body approval, employment clearance, sponsorship approval, or selection.
All participants are expected to follow StriveMatch community conduct guidelines. These cover respectful scouting, honest submissions, privacy respect, and the standards that keep the platform trustworthy. Violations may result in account review or removal.
